Dr. Russell Osnes
Dr. Russell N. Osnes graduated Cum Laude from the Illinois College of Optometry in 1983. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Visual Science and Doctor of Optometry degrees. He was a consultant at the Minneapolis Society for the Blind doing low vision examinations on visually impaired individuals for 10 years. Dr. Osnes has gained recognition as an expert in children's vision problems.
Before choosing a career in optometry, Dr. Osnes graduated from Augustana College in Sioux Falls, South Dakota and taught high school science for three years. He has been an EAA coach for basketball and baseball.

Dr. Robert Hegerman
Dr. Robert W. Hegerman joined Dr. Osnes in 1994. He completed his optometric training at the University of Missouri-St. Louis School of Optometry, graduating in 1994. He received his Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Minnesota-Duluth in 1989. Dr. Hegerman's area of specialization is contact lenses. He is an expert in fitting contact lens patients with special needs. Dr. Hegerman is also actively involved in refractive surgery. He provides consultative care for patients desiring laser vision correction. Dr. Hegerman is an active member and Past President of the Eagan Rotary Club.

Dr. Steven Lusch
Dr. Steven J. Lusch joined the practice in July of 1998. He received his optometric degree from Pacific University in Oregon in 1996. He did his undergraduate studies in biology at South Dakota State University.
Dr. Lusch's area of specialization is family vision care, pediatric vision, and vision related learning problems.
Dr. Lusch grew up in Spearfish, South Dakota. He is an avid sports and music fan, and is very active in the worship music program at his church in St. Paul.

Dr. Denise Kniefel
Dr. Denise R. Kniefel joined the practice in August of 1999. She received her optometric degree from Pennsylvania College of Optometry in Philadelphia after obtaining a Bachelor of Science Degree in biology from the University of Minnesota - Duluth.
Dr. Kniefel sees patients at both the Rosemount and Yankee Eye Clinics, building our family practice. Her areas of interest include dry eye treatment and contact lenses.
Dr. Kniefel enjoys playing tennis and cooking.

Dr. Vicki Borowicz
Dr. Vicki S. Borowicz joined the practice in June 2002. She received her optometric degree from Pacific University College of Optometry in Oregon. She completed her undergraduate studies in biology at Moorhead State University where she played college basketball and softball. Dr. Borowicz has taken special interest in Corneal Refractive Therapy (CRT). Dr. Borowicz grew up in southeast MN and is a sports enthusiast.
